At Captured In Paris, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable photography experience. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following conditions carefully before booking.

1. Payments & Booking Confirmation

• An advance of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Bookings on early or spike hours are charged at 200% ( between 07am and 08am / after 2pm )

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  
  • If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled session, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. However, we will make an effort to reschedule if availability allows.
• Photographer-Initiated Cancellations:
  
  • In the rare case that we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
• No-shows are non-refundable and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. Weather Conditions

• If severe weather prevents the shoot (heavy rain, storms, etc.), we will reschedule at no extra cost.
• If rescheduling is not possible due to availability, a full refund will be issued.

5. Editing & Delivery Policy

• Once the final edited images have been delivered, no refunds will be provided.
• While we ensure high-quality professional editing, we do not offer reshoots for dissatisfaction with personal appearance, clothing, or other subjective reasons.
• Additional retouching requests may be available for an extra fee.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
